WHAT MAKES THE MYCOACH APP DIFFERENT?

What if I don't have access to a gym?

There are both gym and home workout options for the challenge. Don't worry we’ve got you covered! 

Do I have to stick to an unrealistic diet?

We hate plans that make people eat unrealistic meals that they hate. Getting in shape isn't about just eating leafs but eating meals within your macronutrients.
 
We will take care of all of this. Don't worry we love chocolate too!

I'm new to the running. Is this just for advanced people?

This 12 week marathon program has been designed with life in mind.

It is not for the advanced marathon runner looking to PB his/ her next race, but instead for those wanting to still enjoy life, have weekend socials & still make progress with training.

With this in mind the marathon program has been structured to allow for flexibility & work life balance as well as transforming you into a better runner & lifter. 

Do I have to stay as a Member after the program?

No, not at all. Most people chose to stay and carry on their journey. However, you can cancel your membership at any time... No questions asked!
