Our programs will require equipment to make sure you’re fully prepared for the HYROX event, but you do not need access to a full fledged gym.
The individual stations at HYROX are: (1) SkiErg, (2) Sled Push, (3) Sled Pull, (4) Burpee Broad Jumps, (5) Rowing, (6) Farmers Carry, (7) Sandbag Lunges, and (8) Wall Balls.
